A wonderful day - my son received a North Carolina driver's license. As his teacher, I feel doubly proud of him and me - we both succeeded. I hope this is the beginning of a happy life for him. I also got North Carolina license plates for my car. Our last ties to Washington, DC, are cut. 	Thank you! One of the best things about living here is the closeness of nature. The songbirds have returned to our neighborhood and serenade us all day.
